Why the price does not change the channel list
Every plan carries the whole list. The price buys screens, not channels: pay for more screens and more televisions can watch at once; pay for a year and the monthly cost drops. The list itself never changes.
Where the servers sit
Seven regions worldwide. A UK line lands on the European servers, so the stream has a short journey to your telly. Take the same login abroad and the nearest region picks it up, with the VPN from the plan handling the connection.
What happens when you message
Send the problem as it appears on the screen. The usual fixes are a server switch or a player setting, and both are sorted in a few messages.
