How to report a copyright concern and what we do with it.

Last updated 3 September 2026

Our position

Get IPTV Provider sells access to streams run by other operators. We hold no video, make no recordings and transmit nothing ourselves, and we have no control over what those operators carry.

Copyright matters to us. If you own or represent a right in something reachable through this service, send a notice and you will get a reply.

What a valid notice contains

A complaint can be acted on only if it includes each of the following:

  • Your name and postal address, with an email address or phone number we can reach you on.
  • The work you say has been infringed.
  • Exactly which material you are complaining about, described well enough for us to find it.
  • A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use is not permitted by the rights holder, an agent of theirs, or the law.
  • A statement that the notice is accurate and that you hold the right or act with the owner's authority.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send it

Post it to Get IPTV Provider, 2A Stock Orchard Cres, London N7 9SL, United Kingdom, or send it through the contact page. If any item on the list is missing, the notice comes back to you to complete before anything happens.

What happens next

A complete notice is forwarded to the operator running the stream, and access is cut on our side wherever we are able to. Since none of the material sits on our servers, the final removal is in that operator's hands.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was taken down in error, send a counter-notice: your contact details, what the material was, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken or misidentified.

Repeat complaints

Where valid notices keep arriving about one account, that account is shut down.
