Refund policy

Ask for your money back within 60 days of paying and you receive the full amount. No reason needed, no form, no argument.

Message us on WhatsApp with the word refund and the username on the account. It is found and processed straight away.

The money goes back on its own if any of these happen:

• No login reached you within the time given at checkout.
• One purchase was taken from your account twice.
• A payment confirmation was requested and seven days passed without an answer.
• The amount paid was short of the order total and stayed short for seven days.

• The purchase is more than 60 days old.

An approved refund goes back to the payment method used for the order, normally the same day. Your bank decides when it shows on the statement, usually two to five working days later.
