Payment runs through the provider you choose, so your card details stay with them. We keep no record of what you watch.
Why we keep it
- To create the subscription and send the login.
- To answer questions and sort out problems.
- To nudge you shortly before the end date, if you asked us to.
- To see which pages get read, so the site can be improved.
Who else sees it
Nothing is sold, rented or passed on for marketing. Your details reach three suppliers and nobody else: the web host, Google Analytics, and the panel that issues your login.
How long it stays
Order records are kept for as long as the subscription runs and for a reasonable time after it, so a renewal or a refund can still be handled. Analytics data carries no identity and expires on its own.
Your rights
