Get IPTV Provider on Roku

Roku keeps its Channel Store on a tight leash, so there are two ways in: a proper player from the store, set up through a web page, or casting the stream from your phone.

Setup is free. Send a message and the steps below are done together in the chat.

01

Use IBO Player Pro

  1. 1In the Roku Channel Store, find IBO Player Pro and add it to the Roku.
  2. 2Open it, go to the Account section and write down the MAC address and Device Key it shows.
  3. 3Then on a phone or laptop, sign in at iboproapp.com under Manage Playlists with that same MAC address and Device Key.
  4. 4Pick Add XC Playlist, give it whatever name you like, and enter the server, username and password we sent on WhatsApp.
  5. 5Back on the Roku, quit and reopen the app, then choose the playlist you created.
Worth knowing. IBO Player Pro is free for seven days and then a one-off payment on iboproapp.com, tied to the same MAC address and Device Key. A year of it is part of the 12-month plan.

Or cast from your phone

  1. 1Install Web Video Cast on an Android phone or an iPhone.
  2. 2In its menu, choose IPTV and add your playlist address.
  3. 3Tap the cast icon and choose the Roku. Phone and Roku must share the same Wi-Fi.

Roku decides which apps may exist on it, so the list is short. Samsung and LG TVs allow a little more, and a Firestick in the HDMI port runs every player we support. Check the channel list first.
