On most models: Server Line

  1. 1Go into the Live TV section.
  2. 2Open Server Line; some models call it MAC Server.
  3. 3Pick Add Server, or Add MAC Server.
  4. 4Give it any name, enter the portal address from your order and press Connect.

On the others: Settings

  1. 1From the main menu, open Settings.
  2. 2Choose Servers.
  3. 3Type a name, enter the portal address and press Connect.
Worth knowing. Before either route, send us the MAC address printed under the box. The portal connects without it but the channel list stays empty until we have registered it.

When neither menu matches your box

Because the box runs Android, a player from the Play Store works just as well. Install one and sign in with Xtream Codes instead of a portal address.
