In MYTV Online 3
- 1Start MYTV Online 3.
- 2Open Content Manager, then Content Sources, then Add.
- 3Select Add Portal, which registers the box as a MAC device.
- 4Enter any name, then the portal address from your order, and press Connect.
Worth knowing. The MAC address sits behind the eye icon beside the Device ID, and on the label under the box. Send it to us before you connect, or the portal loads empty.
In MYTV Online 2
- 1Start MYTV Online 2; if the box does not have it, install it from the Market Store.
- 2Open Menu, then Connections, then Add Portal.
- 3Enter a name and the portal address, then press Connect.
Worth knowing. MYTV Online 2 shows a MAC beginning 00:1E:B8. Send it to us with that start replaced by 00:1A:79; activations that appear to fail on a Formuler almost always come down to this prefix.
With a portal added, a Formuler is a MAG in all but name, so the MAG box guide helps if the MAC step stalls. BuzzTV boxes take the same portal route. Open the channel list before you connect.
